Terms and Conditions
° Minimum stay: 2 nights. It might differ for public holidays like Christmas, New Year etc.
° the prices include bedclothes and towels for bathroom and kitchen and Tax.
° After the 7th night an additional change of linen, towels and a general cleaning are included once a week
° final cleaning 20 €
° The check in time is from 4 until 6 pm. The check out time is until 10 am.
* In the Appartement, Domicile, Cottage, Residence and Suite smoking is not permitted.
* Parking is possible in underground parking garage about 30 m from the Building in Louisenstr. 6 (upon availability and on request at booking). No responsibility is taken for loss or damage of the car in or outside the garage.
* pets not allowed
Deposit:
Within 2 weeks after booking a deposit of 20% of the total price has to be put. A second deposit of 30% of the total price has to be made 4 weeks before the arrival date. These amounts conform to the cancellation fees.
Cancellation fees:
until 46 days before arrival date 20 %,
after 45 days before arrival date 30 %,
after 30 days before arrival date 50 %,
after 15 days before arrival date 75 %
after 1 day before arrival date and no show 90% of the total price.
We recommend travel insurance.
We don’t offer breakfast service. Just a few steps from the house there are several bars and bakeries with large breakfast offers.
