The Cottage in the romantic garden court consists in 2 floors and measures ca. 65 m2. In the upper floor which you can reach via a spiral stair, you find the spacious bedroom. In the first floor the central living room is located which leads to the kitchen area and the bath room.

The Cottage is furnished as follows:
- Central living Room with a table with 4 seats, TV (English programme: CNN) and Radio with CD player.
- Kitchen corner with electric kitchen stove, water cooker, coffee maker, tea pot, refrigerator, sink, dishes, and silverware.
- Bath Room with washbasin, toilet, shower and window
- The second living room with wardrobe and a sofa can be transformed into another bedroom with queen size bed (in case of 3 or 4 person’s occupancy).
- Bedroom in the 2nd floor with a king size bed (180 x 200 cm), commode, wardrobe and window towards the garden
- The Cottage has a central heating. The temperature can be changed separately in each room.
- The Cottage equipped with complete bed linen set and towels.
- Own Terrace in front of the cottage with table and four seats.
- Bikes can be parked in the courtyard

Please note that all Appartements are non smoking facilities. Smoking is allowed in the garden.

The basic price is based on occupancy of up to 2 guests. An additional bed (max. 2 pers.) is possible for 20 Euro/night.
