The Appartement measures ca. 45 m2 and is located in the 4th floor of the main building, which was erected in 1830 and is regarded as historic monument.

It is completely furnished as follows:
- Entrance with cloak.
- Kitchen with electric kitchen stove, water cooker, coffee maker, tea pot, refrigerator, sink, dishes, silverware, table and comfortable seats for 3 guests, Radio with CD player
- Living and sleeping room with king size bed for 2 guests and a sofa which can be transformed into a single bed, wardrobe and TV with cable (English programmes: CNN)
- Bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower
- Central heating in the whole Appartement
- The Appartement is equipped with complete bed linen set and towels
- Bikes can be parked in the courtyard

Please note that all Appartements are non smoking facilities. Smoking is allowed in the garden.

The basic price is based on occupancy of up to 2 guests. An additional bed (max. 1) is possible for 15 Euro/night
